We only ship to physical addresses in the continental United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska).
We understand that it is important to review an item you are considering for purchase first-hand before placing an order. Buy Promos, LLC will ship your first sample at no charge.
For additional samples we charge a flat fee of $7.00 for ground shipping of your sample.
If you have a UPS or Fed Ex account and would like to use it for shipping instead, include this in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX.
If you need expedited shipping include your UPS or Fed Ex account number in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX and specify shipping level.
If you are requesting multiple samples, once you submit your sample request expect to see an email from SERVICE@PAYPAL.COM with the subject line "Buy Promos, LLC would like to be paid through PayPal". You do not need a PayPal account. Once payment is received we will ship your sample.
Samples cannot be returned and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to call you to verify your sample request before shipping the sample.
Samples are sent at the manufacturer's discretion. You may receive a blank (no imprint) or randomly imprinted sample without prior notice depending on availability. Some items may not be available to order as a sample. A customer service representative will contact you if we are unable to send the sample you requested.
